Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative - Remote in Greece

This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and are looking to support Spanish-speaking clients from anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints effectively to improve satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with remote team members to maintain high service standards.
• Identify potential service improvements and contribute to best practices development.
• Keep abreast of company products and services to give accurate information to clients.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a service-related role is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability with a customer-first approach.
• Able to handle multiple priorities effectively and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude, dedicated to providing excellent service.
