Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, managing inquiries related to car rentals.
• Guide customers throughout the reservation process, offering assistance with bookings, vehicle options, and contract details.
• Efficiently resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues to ensure a smooth rental experience.
• Coordinate with rental locations to ensure vehicle availability and logistical efficiency.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service quality.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about fleet vehicles and rental policies to provide customers with accurate information.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Professional and patient when managing customer inquiries.
• Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as the business requires.
