As an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for Pandora, your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide guidance on product selection and purchase, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, representing the Pandora brand and upholding the company's high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist customers with product selection, purchasing process, and after-sales support
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company updates
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
