You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their transportation-related inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and modifications.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Provide clear information on available services and guide customers through processes.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with your team to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Interest in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with customer service software is desirable.
