Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their banking inquiries and concerns.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide information on banking products, services, and features.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM platform.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer care.
• Stay informed on banking regulations and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the banking sector, is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is preferred.
