Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat while working remotely.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, orders, and brand history.
• Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and client feedback.
• Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Capability to maintain poise and professionalism in dynamic situations.
• Genuine interest and knowledge in luxury jewelry and fashion are advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management software is preferred.
