Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and professionally to calls for roadside assistance from customers.
• Provide clear and effective communication in Italian, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely and efficient assistance.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Maintain professionalism and composure during emergency situations.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
• Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software applications.
