Responsibilities

Deliver personalized consultations to Nordic-speaking customers on search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to their search engine accounts.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions for enhanced online presence.
Educate customers about product functionalities and best practices for maximizing search engine performance.
Document client interactions and feedback to refine and improve service delivery.
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and search engine technologies.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English is required.
Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical abilities to interpret data and create actionable recommendations.
Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital ambitions.
Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
