Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
Guide customers through the problem-solving process with clear and effective communication.
Accurately document customer interactions and the resolutions to technical issues.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and optimize customer experiences.
Provide feedback on recurring technical problems to assist in improving support processes.

Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience in technical support or a related IT field is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication of technical concepts.
Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
