Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their logistics needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiations to secure business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
