Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, payments, shipping, and returns.
• Effectively resolve complaints and issues quickly and professionally.
• Stay informed on product details to accurately assist clients.
• Document customer interactions for quality control and service improvements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance service skills and knowledge of fashion trends.

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) with outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• A keen interest in fashion and a dedication to assisting customers.
• Willingness to work remotely while based in Greece.
