Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients from your home office.
Manage inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to assist clients seamlessly.
Document customer interactions and gather feedback for continuous service improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Participate in training sessions and development programs to expand your skills.

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
Able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural journey.
