Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve a range of customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Document interactions with customers to identify trends and service improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product updates and best practices in customer support.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• A friendly and professional demeanor to foster positive relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully funded relocation package.
