Responsibilities

Provide outstanding technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Educate customers on how to optimize their use of our products and services.
Document all support interactions and solutions to streamline future service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills.

Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
