Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients in the financial sector via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and financial products.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
Maintain a strong knowledge of financial services to offer accurate and informed support.
Document customer interactions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends and products.

Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
