Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client support to Dutch-speaking users via email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the streaming platform.

• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client support.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with platform updates.

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English for effective interaction within the team.
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms or digital services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to handle diverse inquiries.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
