Responsibilities

Monitor online platforms for potential safety issues affecting Italian-speaking users.
Respond proactively to user reports and inquiries regarding trust and safety matters.
Develop and implement safety protocols to cultivate a secure online environment.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to resolve trust and safety challenges.
Analyze user interactions to identify trends and suggest improvement strategies.
Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about the latest industry standards and practices.

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, alongside strong English communication skills.
Prior experience in digital safety, online moderation, or customer support roles is preferred.
Strong analytical skills to assess risks and devise practical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to user safety.
Self-motivated and adept at working independently within a remote or hybrid setting.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, to embrace a new cultural experience.
