Finnish Speaking Virtual Assistant in Greece-Relocation & Accommodation Support

Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring that clients' needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate client schedules and appointments with accuracy.
Handle correspondence through email and other communication channels in Finnish & English.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
Conduct research and prepare reports tailored to client needs.
Maintain organized files and documentation effectively.
Assist clients with various projects and tasks as they arise.
Communicate effectively to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of various software tools for task management and communication.
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation and accommodation support provided.
