Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers, managing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Understand and communicate product and service details effectively to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements based on customer insights.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to gather additional feedback.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and inform service improvements.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest in online media and knowledge of industry trends.
