Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries related to orders, products, and logistics in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and e-commerce trends.

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in English to collaborate effectively with the team.
Previous experience in customer support or within the e-commerce sector is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Positive attitude and eagerness to provide an excellent customer experience.
