Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer journey.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.
• Adapt to changes in products and services, staying knowledgeable about offerings.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) with strong communication ability.
• Proficient in English for effective team collaboration.
• Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
