Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support in a Nordic language via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Work closely with different teams to improve and develop customer service strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers with their inquiries.
Participate in training and development programs to continually enhance your skills.
Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) along with strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.

Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
