In this role, you will provide outstanding travel services to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them in curating customized travel experiences that exceed their expectations. Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel itineraries.
• Provide accurate information about travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to enhance the client experience.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, regulations, and offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Proficiency in online travel booking systems and related software.
