Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and accurate information about our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on ensuring a positive outcome.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain organized records.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer care and satisfaction.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
