Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content submitted in Nordic languages on social media platforms.
• Ensure adherence to community guidelines by identifying and managing inappropriate content.
• Provide responsive support to users regarding moderation inquiries and decisions.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to refine processes and share best practices.
• Stay informed about cultural trends and contexts relevant to Nordic-speaking communities to guide moderation efforts.
• Document moderation activities and suggest improvements for effectiveness.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in social media moderation or content management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to digital tools and technologies.
