In this role, you will provide important support to Nordic-speaking users through instant messaging on popular social media platforms. This position allows you to work from home while utilizing your language skills and commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Engage with Nordic-speaking users via instant messaging to deliver timely and effective support.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive product information.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and engaging tone throughout all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure proper updates in our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex customer issues promptly.
• Keep updated on social media trends and assist in developing strategies to enhance user engagement.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in social media or instant messaging environments is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
