Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing essential product and service information.
• Deliver personalized solutions and support to enhance the customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to swiftly resolve complex customer issues.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improving service delivery.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
