Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
