Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and personalized assistance
  • Assist customers with their orders, product information, and troubleshooting
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience and share best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
