He/she is a person who thrives on relationship building. They enjoy a mission-driven, fast paced environment where the work directly impacts the growth of an aggressively fast-growing organization. The VP, Talent Acquisition will have previously led a data-oriented TA team with a strong focus on driving headcount modeling methodologies with a specific focus on diverse talent pools.Duties and Core Responsibilities• Lead and build a strong team of Talent Acquisition professionals.• Develop thoughtful and measurable recruitment processes to strategically staff all functional areas of the business with top talent.• Collaborate closely and foster strong partnerships with the Executives and key functional Leaders as a thought leader for recruiting philosophies, processes, tools and tactics aligned with the objectives of the business.• Build and develop capacity vs. demand headcount modeling to meet changing business needs.• Build a first in class TA Operations organization focused on driving candidate experience, measured through NPS.• Leverage data and analytics to deliver predictable outcomes including: optimized funnels, scorecards & dashboards etc.• Drive a state-of-the-art Executive Recruiting operation with a white glove approach for Director and above level openings.• Define and lead scalable, effective, and proactive recruiting best practices.• Implement a metrics-based approach to ensure the company hiring plan is achieved efficiently, using benchmarks for planning purposes and taking a data driven approach to quickly identify and solve pain points.• Partner with DE&I function to determine and maintain diversity hiring metrics, ensure the Recruiting function is driving and delivering diverse candidate pools.• Build Paycor’s culture by creating hiring processes to ensure that we are finding the right candidates to join our team.RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In addition to base pay, $197,860 - $337,790 Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
