Through your leadership of our Channel Sales Success team, you will expand our Channel business through driving sales to be expert at maximizing our channel opportunity in the field, partnering with Sales leadership and other key cross-functional teammates, as well as channel sales best practices.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Deliver measurements and KPIs assigned to this role which included, but are not limited to: Measurement – Assigned territory channel sales quota, and KPIs – Territory channels activity & effectiveness, including partner engagements, partner FTAs, channel efficiency rating, channel conversion rate, impact of various channels initiatives i.e. SPARK• Develop territory channel evaluations, and in turn execution plans with RM(s) & Directors: Work alongside Sales Directors & AEs to build new and deepen existing partner relationships in their territory. Continually assess territory channels performance & leverage channels reporting to provide field actionable insights• Deliver channels sales training & enablement: Launch & drive adoption for various channels specific initiatives i.e. SPARK, PEO takeout, gifting program, special promotions, etc. Work with Channel Managers to ensure sales engagement & execution with Amplify National/Multi regional partners• Nurture & support territory specific Amplify partners: Execute partner webinars, virtual partner ride-alongs, events & activities designed to boost channels performance in the territory• Work with Sales Regionals and Directors to ensure territory partner coverage is optimized: Communicate all channels relevant topics to the sales team, including channels progress, programs, promotions, etc. Solicit & provide feedback from the field to ensure channels content and topics are relevant and effective• Other: Reports to VP Channels, and lead and develop 2 direct reports, each responsible for Majors regions. Will set up professional Development Plan to help elevate skills and competencies as part of this positionEducation and Experience State the minimum education, experience, skills and certifications/training required to successfully perform the job.• 5 years’ of experience in sales management, including some specific experience with Channel• Experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions as well as large, complex organizations.• Extensive experience in all aspects of the Major Account Payroll space.• Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.• Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.• Willingness to travel and work in a virtual environment.• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.• Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.Paylocity is an equal-opportunity employer. The pay range for this position is $102,600 - $190,600 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
