You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify critical talent needs, build robust pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Job Description:Key Responsibilities• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with PayPal’s business goals. Partner closely with senior leaders to identify critical talent needs and build high-performing teams.• Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and create a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.• Process Optimization: Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and metrics. Leverage data and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.• Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.• Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.Qualifications• Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business needs into talent acquisition strategies.• Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, assessment, and closing candidates.• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.• Experience in utilizing talent acquisition technology and tools to drive efficiency.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the fintech or payments industry.• Demonstrated success in building and scaling talent acquisition functions.• Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.Join us in building the future of payments.PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
