Payroll Advisor

Growing Payroll Division-in need of a full time Payroll Specialist.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Collecting, analyzing, organizing, and processing all client company's time sheets
• Ensuring proper completion of such documentation
• Data entry as needed
• Excel Spreadsheet composition
• Regular communication and closely working with all internal staff and management
• Assistance with the processing of payroll using the Summit Payroll Software System
• Direct Deposit Filings with Financial Institutions

Qualified candidates should posses:

• Associates degree or working towards degree
• Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment with ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong work ethics and great communication skills
• Accuracy awareness and ability to expedite under deadlines/schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, a MUST
• Extremely detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Must be willing to work hard, but the rewards will be great
