Payroll Specialist

Alleima USA LLC in Clarks Summit PA is looking for Payroll Specialist:

Alleima USA LLC is a business area within the Alleima Group and a world-leading manufacturer of high value-added products in advanced stainless steels, special alloys, as well as metallic and ceramic resistance materials for the most demanding industries. Its cutting-edge expertise is based on an integrated production platform and world-leading metallurgy and R&D. This Payroll Specialist position is available in our Clarks Summit, PA onsite location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains and enters changes to employee records from Workday to Dayforce.
• Process payroll including reviewing hours from time and attendance system.
• Entering new hire paperwork with tax and direct deposit information.
• Process garnishments, tax levies and support orders, and other adjustment to pay as necessary
• Participate in other duties assigned.

Experience:

• 3 plus years in Payroll
• Dayforce Ceridian Payroll/Time & Attendance (Preferred)
• Workday experience a strong plus (Preferred)

Education:

Associate’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance, Accounting Degree preferred or a CPP is preferred.

(Additional equivalent experience could replace a portion of the educational requirement.)
