The Opportunity:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will support payroll processing and coordinating with partners across the firm to ensure accuracy and inquiries. You will report to the Payroll Manager and primarily focus on the US and Canada.

The Opportunity:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will support payroll processing and coordinating with partners across the firm to ensure accuracy and inquiries. You will report to the Payroll Manager and primarily focus on the US and Canada.
The Day-to-Day:
- Support the administration and compliance of semi-monthly payroll for operations in the US and Canada
- Audit, analyze, identify and edit inconsistencies between HR and Payroll systems
- Assist employees with basic payroll inquiries
- Recognize opportunities and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and ensure quality
- Establish and maintain written procedures documenting all compliance and processes
- Manage complexity and restructure work base on priority
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with intermediate Excel functions (pivot table, vlookup)
- Excellent customer service and experience communicating with various partners
- Collaborate effectively within team environment
