Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Paytronix is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as the holistic relationship manager and advocate for their assigned customers throughout their Paytronix lifecycle.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort interacting with C-level account contacts
Experience with advocating for customers' needs within the organization
Experience in customer success or account management with a technical (SaaS) product
Comfort with ambiguity and capacity for creative problem solving

Responsibilities

Regular, proactive engagement with assigned customers to help them thrive post-implementation
Maintain alignment to customers' desired business outcomes
Lead Strategic Business Reviews and collaborative Success Plans with customers
Identify and invest in areas of strength in the relationship
Build and manage strong relationships with account executive stakeholders
Track KPIs with a focus on feature adoption, platform engagement, and retention
