In-Home Plumbing Sales Representative

As an In-Home Sales Representative you'll spend each day connecting with customers in their homes, guiding them through Spartan Plumbing's products and services to meet their specific needs. From initial consultations to closing the deal, you'll offer tailored solutions that bring value to customers and drive Spartan's growth. You'll build relationships, explain product features and warranties, discuss financing options, and work collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless service. Equipped with industry knowledge and support, every day brings the reward of delivering customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.

In this full-time position, is a 4 day work week with Mandatory Saturdays to accommodate customer consultant.

To qualify, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to connect quickly with customers
  • Proven consultative sales skills with a genuine customer-first approach
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to work a 4 day work week with Mandatory Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Residential or direct sales experience
    • Sales experience in plumbing or home services
  • Compensation : $100,000 + (pay is based on performance pay).
