Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join the leadership team. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly, managing key projects, and ensuring the team stays on track to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules across time zones, ensuring meetings are prepared and materials are ready.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange leadership and team travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Communication: Draft and manage emails on behalf of leadership (post-acclimation) while handling confidential information with discretion.

Operational Oversight

  • Project Management: Conduct research, track deadlines, and ensure efficient execution of milestones.
  • Administrative Support: Organize documentation (e.g., invoices, contracts) and manage event planning.
  • Vendor and Legal Coordination: Oversee vendor deliveries and forward contracts to legal counsel for review.

Farm Operations Support

  • Data Management: Track production metrics, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Technology: Use farm software and integrate modern tools to optimize operations.

Must-Have

    • 3–5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or as an executive assistant.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
