Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM in your respective time zone.

Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide vital support to our executives, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the efficiency and success of our team.

Your Impact: Your efforts will directly enhance executive productivity, streamline operations, and foster cross-departmental collaboration, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Executive Support
    • Manage executives' schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for meetings.
    • Act as liaison between executives and departments.
  2. Operations Support
    • Ensure smooth workflow and resource management across teams.
    • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  3. Project Management
    • Plan, execute, and track project progress.
    • Define scope, timelines, and resources.
    • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Canva, with a portfolio of previous work required to move forward for the role.
  • Background in customer support and/or marketing roles.
  • Excellent proficiency in English with minimal accent.
  • Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a tech or construction-related industry.
  • Experience in Ops Management and Marketing
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
