Role: Full Cycle Accounting Analyst

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to Php 80,000 per month
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility

About the Role

As a Full Cycle Accounting Analyst at Pearl Talent, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. You’ll be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, reconciling accounts, and generating insightful reports. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Accounting: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank deposits, and payroll processing.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
  • Bookkeeping: Reconcile bank statements, verify invoices, and maintain a clean general ledger to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide valuable insights.
  • Organization: Maintain a well-organized bookkeeping system, ensuring all records are properly filed and accessible.
  • Compliance: Assist with tax preparation or work alongside our tax professional to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Must-Haves:

    • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience in creating Financial Forecast and Actionable Budget Plans
    • Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).

Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience working with companies such as Bench, Accenture, PwC, Pilot, The Collective, or similar organizations.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to Php 80,000 per month, based on experience and skills
