R&D Program Manager

Skills

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Knowledge of basic and advanced agile methodologies
• Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Technical background and analytics experience preferred
• Certification in professional project management or Scrum Master is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Pendo squad leadership and key partners to ensure strategic alignment
• Drive execution through effective communication and reporting using internal tools
• Oversee Product Led Growth squad R&D scrum team(s) for completion of the roadmap and goal achievement
• Lead key stakeholder meetings and provide transparency around project status

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
