As part of Penumbra’s Legal team, you will support a growing and dynamic company that develops ground-breaking technology to further its mission of saving patients’ lives. You will work closely with seasoned attorneys, paralegals, compliance professionals, data privacy, governance and security experts, as well as support staff in a closely-knit team. Partnering with key business stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in managing teams, driving alignment and executing high-impact projects. What You’ll Work On:
• Optimize processes and drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, implementing best practices, and enhancing workflows.
• Lead and manage Legal & Trust Office projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, high-quality execution aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, implement and maintain project plans, including timelines, status reports, meeting documentation, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure efficient and effective execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather project requirements, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.
• Communicate with impact, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Conduct research and analysis to support Legal & Trust Office project initiatives. enabling informed decision making.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and success in achieving project objectives.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a technical and highly regulated environment, leveraging transferable skills to contribute effectively.

What You’ll Bring:
Minimum education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, legal operations, compliance or equivalent combination of education and experience
Additional qualifications:
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously

• Willingness and ability to work on site. May have business travel from 5-10%.

• Must be able to move between buildings and floors.

Base salary range $70,000 to $105,000
