Come join our team as a; People Analytics Program Manager where you will report directly to our Vice President, People & Culture.

As a People Analytics Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

You will have a green field of opportunity to build from the ground-up and drive data insights to improve the employee experience at MCG. You will work to ensure our data foundation is strong in our HRIS, while driving forward employee listening programs and data visualizations to provide leaders and stakeholders deeper insight into the employee experience and support our business goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building the foundation and the journey of scale - we're right at the beginning and this is your chance to make your mark as our resident people data expert.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop, maintain and support an employee listening strategy through our survey vendor, Culture Amp
  • Develop and maintain reports and data structures to ensure strong data integrity in our systems of record
  • Own the philosophy of our data architecture, developing key processes and rhythms to ensure our people data is consistently reliable and trusted
  • Develop data visualizations and self-service resources to provide insight to senior leadership, P&C team members and key stakeholders
  • In partnership with P&C leadership, develop a data consultation rhythm for leaders to understand the people health of their organizations
  • Support the development of strategic programming from the People & Culture team
  • Serve on the People & Culture leadership team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience developing employee engagement surveys and listening strategies, ideally through CultureAmp
  • Experience developing processes and reports in an enterprise HRIS and other people-related systems
  • Experience using Oracle, Lattice, and/or Greenhouse is a plus
  • Experience developing data visualizations and consultation rhythms in a People organization
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive is a huge plus
  • Strong Excel skills

Brownie Points:

  • Experience and/or education in HR
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Experience working in a large, complex organization
  • Experience developing job architecture and/or compensation programming
  • Experience in a tech and/or healthcare company

Anticipated Pay Range: $79,000 - $111,000

Other compensation: Bonus Eligible
