What you will do:
The People Coordinator is a highly visible role and will perform a variety of employee-related administrative tasks. Act as first point of contact for all inquiries received by virtual visit in eXp World or through the case management system, ensuring quality and comprehensive support is provided. Offer guidance to employees with general questions related to policy/procedure, benefits, payroll, etc. Serve as a liaison, when necessary to direct employees to the appropriate resource.
How you will make an impact:
Employee Support

Foster an inviting environment for employees that visit the People Team virtual office in eXp World. The majority of your day will be spent being available in the People Team office for employee support.

This role will be available as the first point of contact to employees, providing guidance and support with general questions related to policy/procedure, benefits, payroll, etc.

Assist with action/resolution through autonomous decision making and/or redirection to appropriate resources if necessary.

Troubleshoots employee issues, communicates with key stakeholders, and follows through with appropriate solutions; escalates complex issues and inquiries to the People Business Partners, when applicable.

Achieve a good understanding of eXp’s policies, procedures and benefits to be able to respond to and support employee inquiries.
People Team Case Management
-
Respond to internal and external HR and benefits related inquiries through a busy service request ticket queue, resolving employee questions and support needs. Own the HR and Benefits pipelines within the case management system.

Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
Other Responsibilities

Manage Temp and Contractor Onboarding (and possible international hire support)

Management of People Team offices within eXp World (Office Placement, updates to banners, etc.).

All other duties as assigned.

2+ years of HR and Benefits experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and experience
