What You’ll Do:

• Provide support to the People Operations team on day-to-day needs including creating documents, filing, responding to requests, and running reports
• Provide customer service to employees on HR and benefits-related questions and assist in the logistics surrounding employee events in the office
• Ensure that HR records are accurate and up-to-date and that all documentation is complete
• Organize information for employee files and maintain electronic records
• Coordinate and support new hires during the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for each new hire
• Assist with salary and stock administration

Who You Are:

• Curious about a career in human resources and eager to get involved and improve processes such as payroll, benefits, and administrative support
• Comfortable processing confidential material
• Someone who maintains a high degree of professionalism
• Excellent in your oral and written communications skills
• Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• An expert in Excel with experience in Google for Enterprise
