Where you come in.
Pepper is looking for a highly analytical, dedicated and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale effective new customer acquisition on our most significant paid social media channels, including Meta, TikTok. In this role you will be developing, executing and measuring the full global acquisition funnel strategy of these paid social channels to scale as part of the broader, strategic channel mix across our domestic and international markets. The impact you’ll be making is helping millions of women discover Pepper and the power that a great fitting bra can make on one’s confidence.
- Strategy Development: Devise comprehensive strategies on paid social growth channels, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok that successfully meet marketing targets with a focus on improving KPIs that ultimately drive CAC and bottom-line profitability (Orders, CVR, Discounts, CPA, ROAS, Contribution Margin)
- Media Management: Manage day-to-day planning, buying, measuring and optimizing of acquisition efforts, applying a critical, quantitative eye to ensure we’re hitting or exceeding new customer and revenue goals
- Testing & Innovation: Lead teams to formulate hypotheses, automate processes, and execute on experiments to unlock incremental revenue, including strategically conducting testing of ad content types and landing pages
- Rigorous Budget Management: Monitor, optimize and report on campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on ad spend
- Performance Analysis: Conduct systematic analyses of campaign performance and landing pages to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Report insights to relevant cross-functional teams such as the wider Marketing department and Product/Merchandising
- Process Improvements: Identify and drive efficiencies to more systematically scale paid social media campaigns including reporting, creative management, project management
- Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and competitive. Provide actionable insights to the Management Team.
- 6+ years of experience in managing paid social at an DTC e-commerce company, including 6-7 figure monthly budgets
- Proven track record of driving measurable, effective results with extensive hands on experience on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest
- Quantitative ability and demonstrates an advanced understanding of media measurement methodologies and incrementality
- Utilizes a curious, data-informed, customer-centric lens to develop hypotheses and tests
- Demonstrates leadership with ability to manage others, motivate a team and influence cross-functionally.
- Comfortable navigating a dynamic fast-growing business, with an innate ability to prioritize projects and adapt plans and direction as the business needs
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data, make insight-driven decisions and clearly articulate thought process
- Creative thinker with proactive and collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Highly adaptable, a continuous learner, and able to stay resilient in a fast-paced startup environment

The expected salary for this role is $110,000-$125,000, though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role’s location and may be outside of this number. Candidates should expect offers that reflect their individual qualifications, experience, and location. The salary provided is directional and actual compensation may vary.
