Then now is the time to explore the opportunities of PepsiCo : what makes you unique makes us better.Delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions is the result of highly effective, multidisciplinary Digital Products and Applications (DPA) teams working in harmony.By bringing end-to-end services in-house, DPA can scale digital capabilities across our business, minimize costs and maximize the organization’s tacit knowledge enabling speed and scale.ResponsibilitiesThis role will be part of growing team in the United States, aimed at creating and supporting global digital developments for PepsiCo.These developments will be around topics like revenue management, sales effectiveness, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.You will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team centered around data & service eesign, where you will be a systems thinker, turning inputs into actionable strategies and designs.You will work closely with designers, process owners, product owners and final business users. You will be an internal ambassador of the team’s culture around product & service design.You will provide stewardship to colleagues in the areas that you are a specialist, or you are specializing.• You will participate in the entire design process of our digital products & applications from initial research, ideation, conceptualization, and design, to testing and validation.• You will plan and conduct Primary and Secondary Research. You will synthesize research and build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations that enable our teams to generate and iterate on new solutions.• You will apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.• You will plan and co-facilitate workshops internally and externally, while managing approaches that identify and solve complex problems.• You will create project deliverables including low- and hi-fidelity UI prototypes, leverage a Design System, discussion guides for research, insights reports and presentations among other materials relevant to the client challenge.• Coordinate work activities with your digital team, Business teams, other IT services and as required.• Communicate with business stakeholders in the process of Service Design, training, and knowledge transfer.• Influence product teams through data-based recommendations.Compensation and Benefits• The expected compensation range for this position is between $100,000 - $167,500 based on a full-time schedule.• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.• Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.• In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility : Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.QualificationsWhat will you need to succeed?• 3+ years designing digital products & applications as part of a multidisciplinary team.• Familiar with Service Design discipline.
