Scope:
The Human Capital Group is seeking a Performance Management Program Manager to manage, develop and execute our performance management program. In this role, as the firm’s performance management leader, you will analyze our current performance management system and processes to improve and implement changes to our practices encouraging strong employee performance. The Performance Management Program Manager collaborates with our Human Resources partners to ensure that employees receive valuable feedback from their reviewers. You will work closely with our HR leadership teams and Senior executives within our business to oversee our review processes.
Responsibilities:

Analyze performance processes and procedures.

Organize and draft routine performance review cycle communications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and satisfaction with the performance management process.

Provide training and guidance concerning the performance management process.

Manage multiple mid-year and year-end performance cycles for lines of business.

Collaborate with performance management team to provide data that aids in determining job performance.

Act as the main point of contact for the performance management program for Company leaders and employees.

Perform other responsibilities when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate for the position of Performance Management Program Manager must meet the following qualifications:

An undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institution (12+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree).

8 or more years of experience in performance management systems or similar disciplines.

Extensive experience leading performance management and performance management process transformation efforts for a global enterprise.

Experience implementing HR programs focused on driving change and organizational effectiveness.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational skills.
-
Demonstrated data-driven mindset and instinct for extracting insights from metrics for informed decision-making.

Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously.

Familiarity with performance management tools, goal setting and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Performance Management Program Manager position has the following qualifications:

Advanced degree in business, industrial psychology, human resources, or another related field.

10 or more years of experience in human resources or performance management.
-
Experience in the financial services industry.
-
Experience with Workday HCM.
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$100,000.00-$130,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
