Our goal is to provide services to children and adults with disabilities that cannot manage activities of daily living. We are contracted through Minnesota's Department of Human Services to provide the following services for clients at the comfort of their own home:
Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Homemaking, Chores, Adult Companionship, Respite, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS), Independent Living Skills (ILS), and Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with and without training, as well as with family training.
Culture Home Healthcare is looking for reliable and compassionate full time and part-time Waiver workers within the Twin Cities/Metropolitan Area.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is to provide the necessary services needed to help maintain a client’s personal health and safety. The role encompasses helping assist clients one on one with daily living activities. Activities of daily living are based on a client's specific need and care plan.
Activities of Daily Living:
ICLS worker's job duties may include supporting the client with cognitive challenges or issues that are important to them, helping them have meaningful integration and participation within their community, or helping the client manage their home and maintaining their overall well-being.
