Our goal is to provide services to children and adults with disabilities that cannot manage activities of daily living. We are contracted through Minnesota's Department of Human Services to provide the following services for clients at the comfort of their own home:
Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Homemaking, Chores, Adult Companionship, Respite, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS), Independent Living Skills (ILS), and Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with and without training, as well as with family training.
Culture Home Healthcare is looking for reliable and compassionate full time and part-time Waiver workers within the Twin Cities/Metropolitan Area.
**Female Client who lives in the Saint Paul, MN Area. She is receiving PCA Services at 5.5hrs/day. She would like an individual who would be able to help her M-F during the day. She likes to take baths/showers every other day. She would also like someone to assist in helping with medication reminders and setting up medication.
1. A Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is to provide the necessary services needed to help maintain a client’s personal health and safety. The role encompasses helping assist clients one on one with daily living activities. Activities of daily living are based on a client's specific need and care plan.
